New Mexican Restaurant Opens In Manahawkin
El Rinconcito De Mexico offers Manahawkin residents a variety of authentic Mexican dishes and flavors.
MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Feeling hungry? A new authentic Mexican restaurant has opened its doors in Manahawkin.
El Rinconcito De Mexico recently opened at 657 E. Bay Ave. in Manahawkin, inside the Manahawkin Mart Shoppes plaza.
The new restaurant describes itself on its Facebook page as being family owned and operated, serving up the flavors of their hometown.

"We pride ourselves with serving more than the mainstream Mexican dishes," the restaurant wrote.
Their menu shows traditional taco options like buche (pork stomach), pork/beef head, tripa (beef tripe) and more along with more common flavors like al pastor and grilled chicken. Birria tacos are also available.

But El Rinconcito De Mexico offers more than just the typical tacos and burritos. Tortas (sandwiches), alambres (meat served with salad, rice and beans, pico de gallo, queso fresco and guacamole), huaraches (tortilla topped with meat, beans, lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream) and more are also on the menu.
The eatery is open for dining in as well as takeout and delivery.
