Paving On Back Road, Lange Road In Stafford Begins Monday
Beginning Monday, Shore Top Construction Corp. will be milling, paving, installing curb and widening Back Road and Lange Road in Stafford.
STAFFORD, NJ — Stafford Township officials provided updates about several road work projects during a recent council meeting.
Beginning Monday, Shore Top Construction Corp. will be milling, paving, installing curb and widening Back Road and Lange Road. Work is scheduled to conclude the following week.
“Back Road — it’s a road that’s been there for quite some time, but in the past two or three years there’s a relatively large development back there,” Mayor Gregory Myhre said. “The road itself is very narrow...It’s difficult to get two cars through at the same time.”

Starting the week of Aug. 23, a section of Division Street will be milled and paved. Work will also include the resurfacing of the Ocean Acres Tennis Courts and will conclude the following week.
“Public works has been doing a lot to repair those courts over there. There’s some cracks in there, so that’s gonna be great for our tennis players going into the fall,” Myhre said.
