Barnegat closed, Stafford, Southern Regional to have delayed openings on Thursday

SOUTHERN OCEAN COUNTY, NJ - Students in Barnegat schools will have another day off on Thursday, courtesy of the Nor'easter.

But students in the Stafford and Southern regional districts will have to make do with a two-hour delayed opening, according to their respective websites
