Stafford Summer Camps Returning In 2022

STAFFORD, NJ — Stafford Township has announced the return of its summer camps in 2022. This year, Stafford is offering day camps, trip camps and specialty camps.

Camps are being offered on an a la carte menu so parents and campers can choose however many days and programs they wish to attend.

Day Camp will run July 5 through August 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ocean Acres Community Center. The cost per day for residents is $25 and $27.50 for non-residents. Day Camp is for students heading into kindergarten through sixth grade.

Trip Camp is also offered, including trips to the Cape May Zoo, Fantasy Island, Blue Claws Stadium and more. Cost depends on the trip.

Numerous Specialty Camps are being offered this year, such as Marine Science Camp, Dinosaur Camp, Fiber Arts Camp and more. Ages and costs depend on the camp.

This year, preschool age summer camp and Mill Creek Park outdoor camp will not be offered.

Parents are asked to create their online accounts now so that they are ready when registration opens.

Any of these programs are subject to change should any new guidelines or restrictions be brought forth by the State of NJ or the CDC and/or any staffing issues within Stafford Recreation. Programs may also be changed, cancelled or modified at the discretion of Stafford Recreation at any time.
