Sober Living 'Larry's Home' For Veterans Hits Milestone In Southern Ocean
A donation of $17,500 from the Westlake Veterans Group will fund a kitchen at Larry's Home, currently under construction.

LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ — A sober living residence for veterans currently under construction in Southern Ocean hit a milestone recently thanks to a donation that will fund construction of a kitchen.
Just Believe Inc., Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity and the Westlake Veterans Group announced the kitchen news during a special gathering at the Westlake clubhouse in Jackson.
Larry’s Home, named in honor of U.S. Army Veteran Larry Robertiello — who served two tours in Iraq — will provide a safe, structured environment for up to six veterans and a house manager. Residents will benefit from up to 12 months of supportive housing, including case management and reintegration resources.

“This home is more than a building,” said Paul Hulse, CEO of Just Believe, Inc. “It’s a promise to our Veterans that they are seen, supported, and valued.”
A $17,500 donation from the Westlake community will fully fund the new kitchen, a vital component of the home. Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity will lead the installation, providing quality cabinetry and appliances to create a functional and welcoming space.
