OWNER FOUND: Is This Your Christmas Gift?
Gift was found in the Village Harbor section of the township, police say.
STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ - A happy ending.
An "honest soul" found a missing Christmas gift and turned it into the Stafford Township police department.
"Thanks to social media, the gift giver was contacted and the gift was brought to its recipient," according to the police department's Facebook page. "Great job to all who made this happen. Merry Christmas!"

Stafford police are looking for the owner or the recipient of a wrapped Christmas present found in the Village Harbor section of the township.

"We know Santa didn't lose it," according to a post on the police department's Facebook page. "He never loses anything!"
The gift is inscribed "To Jen love Santa." If you know who this belongs to or who Jen is, please contact Patrolman Ed Kunder at ekunder@staffordpolice.org.
