Basking Ridge Local Named Finalist For Light Opera's Vocal Competition
12 young performers will perform at the finals on April 21.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Susan Polito of Basking Ridge was among 12 performers to be chosen as a finalist for Light Opera of NJ(LONJ)'s "Stars of Tomorrow" Vocal Competition.
The young performers showcased exceptional vocal skills and artistry, captivating the judges, according to LONJ.

The finals will take place on April 21 at 2 p.m. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 140 S. Finley Ave., Basking Ridge. The grand prize is $1,000 and an appearance in an upcoming LONJ Main Stage production, $500 for second place and $250 for third place as determined by the judges; plus $100 for the winner of the audience favorite award.
