Drug Raid In Somerset County Yields Over $50,000 In Cash, Heroin, And Cocaine
A 27-year-old Somerset County man was charged with multiple drug offenses after investigators raided his Oak Street home on Tuesday

A 27-year-old Bridgewater man was arrested and charged with multiple drug offenses after investigators raided his Oak Street home on Tuesday and found $50,000 in cash, $2,400 worth of cocaine, and $960 worth of heroin.
A search warrant was granted for the home of Anthony Andolino after an investigation conducted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Force and the Bridgewater Police Department showed evidence of narcotics being distributed from the house, according to The Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office.
Detectives executed the search warrant around 11 p.m., which resulted in the seizure of 20 folds of heroin with an approximate weight of 4 grams and 20 knot bags of cocaine with an approximate weight of 10 grams from inside a purse located in the family room.

In the basement, detectives located a backpack containing:
- An additional 20 folds of heroin with an approximate weight of 4 grams
- 27 knot bags of cocaine having an approximate weight of 14 grams
- Drug cutting agents
- Empty wax folds
- Rubber bands
- A scale
- Spoons
In Andolino’s bedroom, detectives located $4,001 inside a DVD case and $50,000 inside a closet. The cocaine seized has an approximate street value of $2,400.00 and the heroin has an approximate street value of $960.00, according to authorities.

Andolino was charged with:
- Possession with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine), 2nd Degree
- Possession with Intent to Distribute (Heroin), 3rd Degree
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Disorderly Persons Offense
