Letter of Support for Bernards Township Committee Candidates: David Tancredi & Bill McMahon

In order for our local government to function, voters need to trust the candidates that have their best interests at heart. David Tancredi and Bill McMahon are those candidates and that is why I am supporting David Tancredi for re-election and Bill McMahon to the Bernards Township Committee. The principles that David and Bill stand for epitomizes what is important to me and my family: a safe and welcoming community, opposing overdevelopment, keeping our town debt-free and taxes low. I have lived and raised my family in Bernards Township for over 20 years. The reputation that attracted me to this wonderful town still remains today due to the strong committed leadership. I see these same qualities in David Tancredi and Bill McMahon who have proven leadership experience and are committed to preserving the long-standing reputation of Bernards Township.

As the owner of a small business here in Bernards Township, David understands the importance of managing a budget and living within that budget. With David we know what we are getting in terms of leadership, given his distinguished record of service to this township.
Bill is another proven leader who had a long successful career at Morgan Stanley. Since 2020 he has served as the President of the Hills Highland Master Association, overseeing community governance and operations. In addition to being President, Bill also serves on the Association’s Strategic Planning and Finance Committees. That’s great relevant experience and just what our town needs.
