Peapack-Gladstone Restaurant Named In New Jersey Monthly's Top 25 List

New Jersey Monthly Magazine has rolled out their annual ”25 Best Restaurants 2015” list and one Peapack-Gladstone eatery made the list.

Ninety Acres took a spot on this years list.

“ A puréed summer soup of celeriac and golden beets was thick and luscious, with little treasures to be retrieved by the spoon—a tart tomato mostarda for flavor contrast and small squares of fried mozzarella for textural contrast,” according to NJ Monthly. ”On a Tuesday, the nightly Farmer’s Plate, fried chicken, was a model of moist flavor wrapped in delicious crunch with silky mashed potatoes and gravy.”

NJ Monthly uses reporters and a panel of food critics to come up with their annual list.
