BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Valentine’s Day is on a Friday this year, and if you haven’t made reservations for dinner out at one of Basking Ridge's best local restaurants, do it now.
About one-third of U.S. adults plan an evening out to celebrate Valentine’s Day and will spend an estimated $4.9 billion, according to a National Retail Federation survey.
