See Who Is Running For Bernards Township Committee In 2025

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Four candidates filed to run for two Township Committee seats up for election in Bernards Township for 2025.

Monday afternoon marked the state deadline for candidates to file petitions to get on the ballot for the 2025 primary elections. Two Republicans and two Democrats submitted petitions for candidacy in Basking Ridge.

Current Republican Mayor Janice Fields is not seeking re-election.

Here's who filed to run for Township Committee, along with their respective tickets:

Republican:

• David Tancredi (full term)
• Bill McMahon (unexpired term)

Democrats:

• Brett Hodges (full term)
• John Tompkins (unexpired term)

Primary election day is June 10 for New Jersey.
