Local Justice: Decisions in the Nutley Municipal Court

In State v. Michael Lambroschino, of Bloomfield, the State charged defendant with possessing marijuana on March 28th.  Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge.  The Court sentenced defendant to a one year term of probation and also imposed fines and costs totaling $964.

In State v. Michael Suppa, of Nutley, the State charged defendant with violating the terms of his probation.  Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge.  The Court imposed a sentence extending the term of defendant's probation.
