UPDATE: Clues Sought After Alleged Murder-Suicide at Nutley Home
Two have been found dead in an apparent murder suicide at a Nutley Home. Police are investigating the crime.

Police tape surrounded the Nutley residence of an unidentified man and woman who were found dead Thursday, each with gunshot wounds, authorities said.
The man and woman were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide at a home in the 300 block of Hillside Avenue in Nutley, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Carolyn A. Murray said in a statement to the press Thursday.
After police arrived, a white Mitzubishu was moved onto a flatbed truck, and family members appeared to be keeping vigil near the police tape, according to eyewitnesses.

A crime scene unit was set up in front of the apartment unit at 317 Hillside Avenue, according to The Jersey Tomato Press.
The man and woman were both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, Murray stated.

The Nutley Police Department and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide/Major Crimes Task Force are investigating the crime.
The investigation is active and ongoing, according to Chief Assistant Prosecutor Thomas S. Fennelly.
