Positive Fitness Program Returns for Spring
Fitness training starts again on April 1.

Department of Parks and Recreation Director Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci has announced that Nutley's Positive Fitness Program is returning for a spring session.
In the announcement, Tucci touted that the program gets the most results out of the shortest amount of time. Unlike aerobics and machine-based exercises that work muscles in isolation, positive fitness programs employ "total body training," which burns more fat and strengthens muscles with less total workout time.
The sessions offer residence the guidance of a personal trainer with the motivation of a group fitness class. “We offer a variety of fitness classes to help residents achieve their fitness goals. Positive Fitness will be a great addition to our growing list of fitness options” Tucci said in the release.
