February was Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month and Belleville Middle School students explored the topic through their assignments.  Students in Ms. Ferraiolo and Mrs. Calhoun's Language Arts classes read non-fiction articles about dating violence, and then wrote open-ended items on this subject. Students' work was displayed on the first floor bulletin board, next to the main office.
