Two Belleville Middle Schoolers Join Junior High School Region I Chorus

The Belleville school district announced that Nia Baptise Dubourg and Elena Amadeo are the first two students from Belleville Middle School to be accepted into the Junior High School Region I Chorus. The girls auditioned in February to get into one of two prestigious ensembles.

Out of the 200 sopranos that auditioned from the North Jersey Area, Baptiste Dubourg was accepted into Treble Chorus, and Amadeo was accepted into Mixed Chorus. 

The girls have attended numerous four-hour rehearsals, which will culminate in a concert on Sunday, March 3 at 3 p.m. at Parsippany Hills High School. Tickets for the show will be available at the door.
