Berkeley Police Investigating Windshield Shooting Incident

The incident happened in the 200 block of Third Avenue, police chief says

BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Berkeley police are investigating a criminal mischief incident in the 200 block of Third Avenue where someone shot pellets into the front windshield of a vehicle, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

The June 21 incident severely damaged the windshield, the chief said.

Police canvassed the area for witnesses and suspects, but found nothing, DiMichele said.
