Berkeley Township Farmers' Market Kicks Off On Tuesday
Popular farm market is back for its third season.

Berkeley Township will kick off its first Farmers' Market of the 2017 season on Tuesday in the parking lot of the Recreation Building at 630 Route 9 in Bayville.
Township officials have added an extra hour this year, so the market will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., to give people more time to shop, Township Councilman Angelo Guadagno has said.
Many of the vendors from the two previous years are back, for a total of 10 so far. Last year's market had a high of 15 vendors at one point.

The township changed the location last from Veterans Park to the recreation department parking lot. The township also started the market three weeks early this year and kept it open later than last year.
