James M. Lynch, Korean War Veteran, Dies At 82
Services for Bayville residents will be held on Sunday and Monday.

James M. Lynch, 82, of Bayville, died on Nov. 30, 2016 with his loving family at his bedside.
Born in Jersey City, he lived in Toms River before moving to Bayville in 1987. Mr. Lynch was a stationary engineer with Macys in Toms River for 30 years and member of Engineer's Local 68 of East Orange.

James proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Korean War. Jim was also an avid boatman and loved his trips to Atlantic City. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who will be dearly missed.
Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Dorothy "Kranik" Lynch; a daughter Susan Mazzara; a granddaughter Stacy; two great grandsons, Arron and Job and his sister Carol Trent.

Visiting hours will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 5 at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd., Bayville, 08721. Entombment will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
