John 'Jack' Cronin Dies At 94
Services for Berkeley Township resident will be held today and Saturday.

John "Jack" Cronin, 94, of Holiday City South, Berkeley Township, died on Feb. 28.
Jack was a World War II veteran who served in the Navy. He was in the first wave to storm the beaches of Normandy.

He was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe R. C. Church in Berkeley Township. He enjoyed dancing with his favorite partner, Angie. Jack was born and lived most of his life in Brooklyn before moving to Holiday City South 16 years ago.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years Angela, two sons, Gerard Cronin and John Cronin, four stepchildren Geri Ferguson, Carol Castro, Peter Castro and Mary Castro, six grandchildren Stephen, Kristie, Peter Matthew, Stephanie, Michael and Angela.

Visitation will be on Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road in Berkeley Township. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at St. Maximilian Kolbe R. C. Church, in Berkeley Township. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Toms River.
