Lacey Man Indicted For Drug-Induced Death Of Man Found In Wawa
Nicholas Picone provided the heroin and fentanyl that killed Anthony Terrill Jr., authorities say

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Anthony Terrill Jr. was already gone when police responded to reports of an unconscious man in the bathroom of the Wawa store on Route 9 South in Forked River on April 8.
And it was clear to police that his death was due to an overdose. The Ocean County Medical Examiner later ruled that Terrill, 29, had died from a lethal dose of heroin and fentanyl, authorities have said.
And an Ocean County jury has indicted Nicholas Marco Picone, 32, also of Lacey, for providing the drugs that led to Terrill's death, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said.

The intensive investigation ultimately led back to Picone, Della Fave said.
