Ocean Gate, Berkeley Police Arrest Bayville Man For Drug Distribution In Both Towns

A Bayville man who distributed marijuana at parks and recreation areas in both Ocean Gate and Berkeley is facing multiple drug charges, Ocean Gate Sgt. Vincent LaRocca said.
Detectives from both towns arrested Kyle Feery, 19, Woodland Road, on June 1, after a joint investigation led to a search warrant at his residence. They recovered a large quantity of marijuana packaged for resale, digital scales, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia and cash, LaRocca said.
"He is suspected of selling the drugs at parks and recreation areas in both towns," he said.

More arrests are likely, he said.
Feery was charged with possession of marijuana over 50 grams, possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute in a recreation zone, and possession of drug paraphernalia, LaRocca said.

LaRocca was the lead investigator, assisted by Ocean Gate Patrolmen Steve Shan and Richard Zonin, Berkeley Detective Sgt. Peter La Rocca, Berkeley Detectives Mike Tier, William Somers, Joseph Santoro and Mike Riccardell.
