Registration For Seaside Heights Beach Camping Nights Coming Up On Monday

SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ - Want to camp out on a Seaside Heights beach on this summer?

Then get ready to register online for the extremely popular "Full Moon Beach Camping" at 8 a.m. on June 12 and June 19. The beach camping nights are July 9 and Aug. 7, according to the borough's website.

The number of camp sites is limited. Participants can pitch their own tents on the North Beach at Hiering Avenue. The hours are 7 p.m. to sunrise.

There is no charge, but participants are reminded that it is a family-friendly event. Pre-registration is required, since the number of camp sites is limited.

Online registration for the July 9 event will go live at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 12. Online registration for the August 7 event will go live at 8 p.m. on Monday June 19. Registration will be through EventBrite and a link will be provided here at the official Seaside Heights Facebook page.

FAQs and other important information will be posted at the official Seaside Heights websites - exit82.com and seaside-heightsnj.org.

If you registered in 2015 or 2016 and failed to show up, you are ineligible to register in 2017. Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied at the event by a parent or legal guardian.

The curfew for the night is 1 a.m. Other rules apply and will be available on Thursday, so please read them before you register.
