Two Of Three Incumbents Win New Terms On Berkeley Board Of Education
Newcomer Michelle Shedlock is third with 5,761 votes

Two of the incumbents on the Berkeley Township Board of Education have been re-elected, according to the Ocean County Clerk's Office.
Edward Cammarato, Butternut Lane, was the top vote getter with 6,921 votes or 19.83 percent. He was followed Stephen Pellechia with 5,998, or 17.19 votes.
Newcomer Michelle Shedlock was third with 5,761 votes or 16.51 percent.

Incumbent John MacMoyle was fourth with 5,453, or 15.63 percent. He beat out newcomer Marguerite Penn, who received 5,403 votes or 15.48 percent, by 50 votes.
Cathy Janiak received 5,398 votes, or 15.21 percent.

The board incumbents - Edward Cammarato, John MacMoyle and Stephen Pellechia - approved the administrative reorganization and several merit increases for Superintendent James Roselli, in addition to his $155,000 salary.
Cammarato currently serves as board president. He has an associate's degree and a bachelor's degree from Johnson and Wales University. He is a member of the Berkeley Board of Adjustment. and a scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 76.
He is a senior financial analyst and business continuity planner. He is currently a provisional Berkeley Township code enforcement officer.
Pellechia, Costa Mesa Drive, is a retired member of the International brotherhood of Teamsters, Local #560. He is a member of the Berkeley Township Sewerage Authority.
Shedlock has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in administration from Georgian Court University. She is a special education math teacher at Central Regional.
