New Police Equipment Considered in Bedminster

The township committee meeting will be held Monday.

The Bedminster Township Committee will hold a regular meeting Monday, with discussions to focus on the purchase of new police equipment.

The committee will be discussing an ordinance that will allow for the purchase of police equipment for a total of $83,800.

In addition, the committee will be considering a resolution that will identify fees for the fall and early winter programs through the Bedminster Township Recreation Department.

In terms of television, the committee will be considering an ordinance to allow Comcast of Central New Jersey to operate a cable television system in the township itself.

Other discussions will include raffle licenses, regular bills and the possible hiring of a seasonal employee for the township's recreation department for the fall season.
