Brookdale School students donated $2067.94 to the Leukemia and Lymphomia Society in April.  Classes competed in a Pennies for Patients fundraising drive organized by Brookdale's guidance counselor, Ms. McCartney. In Pennies for Patients, students across the country collecting change for the <a href="http://www.schoolandyouth.org/school/Controller?action=loadContent&amp;itemid=91060" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Leukemia &amp; Lymphoma Society</a>.  Students participated by bringing in loose change from home. Miss Perucki's Kindergarten class raised the most money in Brookdale with a class donation of over $200.
