BLOOMFIELD, NJ - A vehicle on the Garden State Parkway in Bloomfield has prompted commuting delays Monday morning, authorities said. As of 6:43 a.m., there's a disabled vehicle on the Garden State Parkway northbound north of Exit 150 - Hoover Avenue in Bloomfield, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. The left shoulder is currently blocked, the agency said.
