Tires Slashed, Car Mirrors Ripped Off and Home Burglary

BURGLARY
Feb. 6: Bloomfield police are investigating an incident where someone broke the window of a garage on the 400 block of Broad Street and entered. Nothing was reported missing in the incident.

Feb. 9: A woman reported someone broke into her home on the 100 block of West Passaic Avenue via the rear door sometime between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and reportedly stole a laptop computer, three watches and a safe containing $3,000 in cash.

STOLEN VEHICLES
Feb. 6: A 2008 Toyota was reported stolen from the 50 block of Oakland Ave.

Feb. 11: A 1999 Jeep was reported stolen from the 900 block of Broad Street.

ATTEMPT THEFT AUTO
Feb. 4: Bloomfield police reported an attempt was made to steal a 2003 Audi from the 200 block of Berkeley Avenue.

THEFT FROM VEHICLES
Feb. 9: Bloomfield police are investigating a broken window and the theft of a GPS system from a 2006 Chevy on the 50 block of Park Street.

Feb. 13: Bloomfield police are investigating a broken window and the theft of a GPS system from a 2003 Pontiac on the 50 block of Park Avenue.

THEFT
Feb. 3: A woman on the 50 block of Maple Street reported someone stole a UPS delivery box from her steps on Jan. 25.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
Feb. 11: Bloomfield police are investigating the slashing of four tires of a 2006 Acura on the 200 block of North Spring Street.

Feb. 12:  Bloomfield police are investigating an incident on the 250 block of Grove Street where both mirrors of a 2009 Nissan were broken off the vehicle.

Feb. 12:  Bloomfield police are investigating an incident where the passenger side mirror was broken off of a 2008 Toyota on the 250 block of Grove Street.

ARRESTS
Feb. 5:  Terry Shaw of Newark was arrested for shoplifting.

Feb. 5:  Kyle Horsch of Roselle Park was arrested for DUI.

Feb. 6:  Garibaldi Ramos-Lopez of Bloomfield was arrested for simple assault.

Feb. 11:  Chadwick Hines of Belleville was arrested for DWI.

Feb. 11:  Anthony Pate of Newark was arrested for aggravated assault.

Feb. 12:  Jessica Benson of Bloomfield was arrested for defiant trespass.

Feb. 13:  Danny Rivera of Jersey City was arrested for shoplifting.
