How do you know the teacher?
She was my son's fourth and fifth grade autism teacher.
What does this person teach?
She is an autism teacher. She teaches everything! Truly amazing.
Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?
Ms. Scott is the most amazing teacher. I can't begin to explain how dedicated she is to her students and their parents. She truly changed my son, helped him progress in everything. He just graduated 5th grade. She gave me hope when I didn't know where he'd end up. She never gave up on him. He changed so much by being with her. I wish they could clone her. I could go on and on but I want her to know how much she's appreciated and how much she'll be missed. She's the best teacher and the most dedicated! She will never be forgotten and I hope my son will get to see her once he is in middle school.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?
Ms. Scott is the most caring person. She truly cares about all of her kids. This goes for in-school as well as out-of-school. She remembers all of her students, present and past. They will never forget her. She deserves to be recognized.
