Dr. John Infantolino, 69, Practiced Medicine In Brick For 30 Years

Dr. John Infantolino had an internal medicine practice in Brick and Neptune, and lived in Brick for 36 years, according to his obituary.

BRICK, NJ — Dr. John A. Infantolino, who had an internal medicine practice in Brick for 30 years, died Sunday, April 28, 2024, at his home in Brick. He was 69.

Dr. Infantolino was born in Passaic and grew up in Garfield before moving to Brick 36 years ago, his family said, according to his obituary on the Colonial Funeral Home website. He also maintained a home in Fort Myers, Florida.

Dr. Infantolino graduated from Rutgers University where he studied pre-med, and from the University of Guadalajara Medical School, and he completed his medical residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. He opened his internal medicine practice in Brick in 1988 and attended his patients on the medical staff at Ocean Medical Center in Brick and Point Pleasant, and at Jersey Shore Medical Center for 30 years before retiring.

Dr. Infantolino also did volunteer work for the Blind Veterans Association, various charities and fundraising interests. He was an attendee of the All Saints Episcopal Church, Bay Head, the Metedeconk Yacht Club, and the Atlantic Club.

Surviving is his wife, Hannah Jane Monroe Infantolino; his stepdaughter Amanda Kerekes; two brothers, Dr. Anthony Infantolino and Dr. Edward Infantolino; his stepgrandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 11 a.m. at All Saints Episcopal Church, Bay Head. Colonial Funeral Home, Brick is in charge of arrangements.
