The closure was from Lanes Mill Road to Sally Ike Road and was expected to end about 6 a.m., police said.Only residents were being allowed on that stretch of Herbertsville Road. Road work was being done, police said. The closure started with authorities responding to an emergency police said in a Nixle alert. It did not provide details on the emergency.
