National Night Out In Brick Aims To Bring Community Together

The annual event includes equipment displays, K-9 demonstrations and the Brick Police Youth Camp graduation.

BRICK, NJ — Brick Township will hold its annual National Night Out Against Crime event Tuesday at Windward Beach Park.

The event begins at 5 p.m. and will include the Brick Youth Police Camp graduation ceremony.

National Night Out Against Crime was launched in the 1980s to improve relationships between police and their communities. Brick's event includes police demonstrations, a K-9 showcase and equipment displays.

Also included a variety of vendors with safety education and displays.

The Police Youth Camp graduation is set for 6 p.m. and the National Night Out event runs until 8 p..m.
