• Brick trailblazer Donna Capper retires after 35 years of public safety service (shorenewsnetwork.com) — A pioneering member of the Brick Township Police Department’s communications team, Donna Capper has retired after 35 years of service, including as the department’s first Supervising Public Safety Telecommunicator. Colleagues and township officials credit her with setting the standard for 911 dispatch operations, mentoring new telecommunicators, and guiding Brick through countless emergencies. Residents are thanking her as she begins a well-earned retirement.
