New Jersey Couple takes Over Ownership of Local Home Care Agency
BrightStar Care of Northern Ocean County, NJ is Serving Families Across Northern Ocean County

BrightStar Care, the nation's leading home care and medical staffing franchise with more than 400 corporate and independently owned and operated agencies, is proud to announce that its location in Brick, New Jersey is now operating under new ownership. This agency serves families across Northern Ocean County including Toms River, Brick, Manchester Township, Point Pleasant, Jackson, Berkeley Township, Lakehurst, Mantoloking, Lavallette, New Egypt, Plumsted Township, Bay Head, Normandy Beach, Island Heights, Silverto, and Pine Beach. BrightStar Care of Northern Ocean County, NJ provides a higher standard of medical staffing and home care services, including companion care, personal care, skilled nursing, short-term transitional care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, and child care.
Husband and wife team, Rick Parimi and Deepika Parimi, are the proud new owners of BrightStar Care in Brick. Rick has MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Fellowship in Healthcare Information Technology from Harvard’s TH Chan School of Public Health. Deepika has an MBA from SUNY New Paltz. Based on her background in Human Resources and previous work with individuals with special needs, Deepika will assist with community outreach while Rick will use his experience in corporate finance and operations as Branch Manager.
Now that their children are a little older and more independent, the Parimis are looking forward to starting a new journey as entrepreneurs. They have always been passionate about helping others and were drawn to healthcare franchise opportunities to provide even more assistance to members of their community. BrightStar Care stood out to them for the Joint Commission Accreditation, nurse-led care, and advanced capabilities with skilled and non-skilled care.
