PHOTOS: SoHo Salon Suites Opens With Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony In Brick

The salon hosts an array of independent beauty professionals specializing in hair, nails, skincare, hair removal, makeup and more.

BRICK, NJ - One of Brick’s newest businesses offer a spot to get pampered and unwind – or completely dolled up – all under one roof.

Brick Mayor John Ducey and Councilwoman Heather deJong welcomed SoHo Salon Suites into the Brick community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the Laurel Square shopping center on Monday, according to the township’s social media.

SoHo Salon Suites opened its doors earlier this month, offering beauty professionals 22 individual salon spaces for rent in order to operate their business. As a result, a slew of beauty services are offered on site ranging from hair, nails, skincare, hair removal, makeup, massages and more.

"They keep 100 percent of the profits," Bernie Branz, one of the co-owners of SoHo Salon Suites, previously told Patch. "We are empowering people to become their own boss and make more money." Read more: SoHo Salon Suites Offers Independence For Beauty Pros In Brick

Current tenants in Brick include Jeweled Up Lashes, Kim Lupo Artistic Hair Design, Shear, Balanced Body Massage. You can find a full list of salons here.

Individual suites are between 115 to 200 square feet, with rent covering utilities, A/C, Wi-Fi, security and social media marketing. All suites also feature wash chairs and sinks, storage cabinets, mirrors, LED lighting and custom glass fronts, according to the business website.

"We are bringing a feeling of fashion and artistry to Brick," Branz added. "It’s going to be a luxury meets industrial look and feel."
