Santander Bank Robbery Under Investigation In Brick
Brick Township police are seeking tips on the suspect, who walked away from the bank.

BRICK, NJ — Brick Township police are investigating a robbery that happened at the Santander Bank on Beaverson Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon, police confirmed.
Police were called to the bank at 17 Beaverson Blvd. at 12:15 p.m. and bank employees said the suspect came into the bank, demanded money from the teller, and walked out with an undisclosed amount of money, Patrol Officer Terence Berkeley said.
No weapon was shown. The suspect disguised their appearance with a white face mask and umbrella to conceal their identity, Berkeley said.

The suspect was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black athletic joggers, white athletic shoes, wearing a black backpack and lime green work gloves, he said.
The suspect was last seen walking west in the area of Beaverson Boulevard.

The investigation is ongoing, and at this time, there is no threat to the general public.
