“I am always amazed at the talent of the children involved and their willingness to perform in front of their peers, family and an extremely large audience,” said Fanny Mulligan, chairwoman of the event. “My husband and I have enjoyed being involved in this event for the past four years because we know, for many of the children, it is their only opportunity to express themselves in this manner.”
