A Basking Ridge man was charged with shoplifting more than $100 worth of items from Home Depot.
Ethan Stemmer, 52, was charged with shoplifting in the incident when he was arrested at 2:39 p.m. Feb. 27.
According to a police report, Stemmer was allegedly found to have stolen a Dewalt battery and a strap puller, together valued at $123.97.
