Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in New Jersey, the release said. Part one consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
The second part of the application consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
The overall process, the release said, was managed by Best Companies Group (BCG). BCG also analyzed the data provided and determined the final rankings.
The award program, created in 2005, is produced by NJBIZ. NJBIZ, program sponsors and partners will honor this year’s 100 Best Places to Work and announce their ranking during an awards dinner and ceremony on April 25 at the Hilton East Brunswick.
