Bridgewater Named Among Top 10 Family Friendly Towns In NJ

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — The Township has something to celebrate as it was recently named among the top 10 family-friendly towns in New Jersey.

Best US Moving, a national moving services website, named Bridgewater as number 7 on the list, "offers a balanced lifestyle with everything families need close by."

The ranking noted Bridgewater's well-rated school district and having plenty of kid-friendly spaces, such as Duke Island Park. It also mentioned Bridgewater Commons as a plus, along with the ease of commuting with the train station and Routes 22 and 287 in the area.

"As one of the top family-friendly towns in New Jersey, Bridgewater combines strong schools, family amenities, and travel convenience — making it an ideal place to grow and thrive," according to Best US Moving in its ranking.

Two other Somerset County towns also made the list. Somerville came in at number 6 followed by Hillsborough at number 9.
