Bridgewater Senior Center Partners To Donate Thanksgiving Turkeys
Turkeys, along with other nonperishable Thanksgiving staples, were donated to six Bridgewater families in need.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Senior citizens in Bridgewater are working to make this holiday a little brighter for Somerset County families in need.
Six turkeys, along with other nonperishable Thanksgiving staples, were donated to needy families in Somerset County thanks to a collaboration between the Bridgewater Township Senior Citizen Center and Wegmans.
According to a Facebook post from Bridgewater Township, the senior center collected the items and filled the holiday baskets before they were donated.

"Bridgewater Senior Citizens found joy in giving to their community and communicating a sense of care to those in need," the township said.
