BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A water main in Bridgewater that broke Thursday continues to close part of a state highway Friday morning, officials said.
The water main break was first reported at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday. As of Friday morning, Route 28 remains closed in both directions in the vicinity of Route 202/206 and the Somerville Circle in Bridgewater, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
All lanes are currently closed and detoured, the DOT said.
