Bridgewater United's U10 girls travel soccer team, the Firecrackers, defeated Mountain Lakes, 4-1, earlier this month to finish its season with an 8-1-1 record and first place in its flight.
The team battled its opponents, as well as some extreme weather, such as 100-degree heat and cold, hard rains.
