House Catches Fire After Possible Lightning Strike
The fire occurred in the Bradley Gardens section Wednesday night.
A Brahma Avenue home is not liveable after it caught fire from possibly being struck by lighting Wednesday night, according to North Branch Fire Chief David Hickson.
Hickson said there was heavy fire showing in the second floor of the house when Bradley Gardens Assistant Fire Chief Frank Ur arrived on the scene.
"Firefighters made an aggressive interior attack and had the fire under control within 30 minutes," Hickson said.

Hickson said the fire is under investigation by the Bridgewater Fire Official, but initial reports seem to indicate that lightning may have struck the house's electrical service.
No was injured in the fire, Hickson said, but the house is not liveable.

Responding to the scene were Bradley Gardens Fire, Bradley Gardens Rescue, Green Knoll Volunteer Fire, Country Hills Volunteer Fire, North Branch Fire, Bridgewater Township Police and the Bridgewater Township Fire Officials Office.
