BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A new Indian restaurant has officially opened on the Bridgewater and Branchburg border.

Mauka Indian Cuisine held its soft opening on Tuesday at 793 Route 202 in Bridgewater.

"We’ve officially landed — and we’re bringing the heat (and the best indian food)," wrote Mauka Indian Cuisine. "Come vibe with us, taste-test the goods, and help us warm up this new kitchen! Pull up for butter chicken that slaps, naan that never misses, and vibes that hit different. We’re soft open, but the spice level? Maxed out."
