Council is expected to approve the resolution.

Friday-The Friends will be holding its book sale this weekend, and this is one of the days you can head there from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday-A 4-H volunteer leader training workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Somerset County. The featured topics will be the New Lego Wedo System and other 4-H Activity Kits, and registration is required.
Sunday- in Basking Ridge is the site of the annual "I Love Horses'' Valentine's Day ride, with check in time being 10:30 a.m. A leisurely walk/trot one-hour ride will be available to all riders at Intermediate Level 2 and above.
