New Kids Play Place To Open In Somerset County
Construction is underway for a new location of Kids Empire in Somerset County.
MANVILLE, NJ — Construction is underway for a new kid play place in Somerset County.
The franchise-based Kids Empire will be opening its second Somerset County location and sixth location in New Jersey.
Kids Empire offers a giant playground area that includes floor-to-ceiling climbing walls, play structures, and drop-in ball pit. There is also space for birthday parties and more.

"Unfortunately, the exact opening date has not been released yet," according to a spokesperson with Kids Empire.
The new location would be inside The Marketplace at Manville shopping center at 114 North Main St. It was formerly the space for Retro Fitness.

Kids Empire has five other locations in Linden, Fairfield, Moorestown, Paramus, Watchung, and Woodbridge.
