New Renovated Tiki Bar, Outdoor Patio Unveiled At Green Knoll Grill In Bridgewater

The renovation creates an upscale feel with a VIP deck seating and the return of popular bands just in time for summer.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Just in time for summer, Green Knoll Grill has unveiled its newly renovated heated tiki bar and outdoor patio.

The transformation included removing the existing umbrellas and replacing them with sails, an addition of a VIP seating deck, and Trek decking in place of loose rocks.

"It's going to be upscale," said Green Knoll Groll Owner Lisa DiChiara. "The sails are beautiful and are California-style."

DiChiara, who has owned the restaurant at 645 Route 202/206 in Bridgewater with her husband for almost 30 years, said they needed a change.

"Every few years, this is what we do. We always change things up, and that's why Green Knoll Grill will always be the place to be. There is always something new going on at Green Knoll Grill," said DiChiara.

DiChiara added that many popular bands will also be returning to Green Knoll Grill to perform on the new patio including The Nerds, Soul Seduction, Blazen Band, and more.
