President's Day Deal For Golfers At Somerset County Golf Courses
The Somerset County Park Commission is offering golf gift cards with a 20 percent special bonus at the Park Commission's local golf courses.
SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — In honor of President’s Day, the Somerset County Park Commission is offering golf gift cards with a 20 percent special bonus for purchase at the Park Commission’s local golf courses beginning Thursday, Feb. 15 until Monday, Feb. 19, from 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
“Golfers are excited about starting the season. Our golf courses are known to be among the finest public courses in the country, which makes the golfing experience even more exciting,” said Somerset County Commissioner Paul M. Drake. “Golfers will appreciate receiving these gift cards for any occasion.”
“The gift cards are a great way to introduce someone to golfing or to help improve a beginner’s game,” said Somerset County Park Commission Director Dan Hayes. “Give the gift of golf lessons at the Neshanic Learning Center, and the student will receive individual lessons from our golf instructors.”

The 20 percent special bonus means that a person spending $100 will receive a gift card with a redemption value of $120 that can be used to purchase tee time, lessons, or equipment. For terms and conditions, click here.

Gift cards purchased by phone will be held at the golf shop ready for pick up. Gift cards will not be mailed and must be picked up in person.

The Park Commission has 15,000 acres of county-owned open space, which is visited by two million park users each year. Five golf courses have three driving ranges, a pitch and putt course and a recreational putting course. Other attractions include a riding stable, an environmental education center, two tennis facilities, an outdoor pool, paddle boating, a rock and rare plant garden, an award-winning rose garden, an arboretum, and a sensory and fragrance garden.
